Where the Company has reasons to believe that the information provided by you on the Website in incorrect or incomplete, the Company may restrict you from using the Website by disabling your User Account.
If you want to discontinue the use of the Website, or if you want to withdraw the consent granted to the Website for collecting and processing your data, please notify the Company at feedback@asianetnews.in. Once you discontinue the use of the Website or withdraw your consent, the Company shall retain the personal information provided by you on the Website for such time period as may be mandated by applicable law and thereafter erase the same in full.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, or otherwise in accordance with applicable law. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

To provide the Services: We use the information shared by you on the website to provide you with the Services We would also use such information to register you on the website and display your profile for access by other Users of the website. 
We encourage you to consider and evaluate carefully about the nature and extent of the information you disclose about yourself on the website. We also do not recommend that you put sensitive data such as email addresses, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, drivers’ licence details etc. on your profile since such data is critical and may be open to abuse and misuse. If an account or message meets certain criteria that demonstrate that the Terms and Conditions of Use are likely to have been breached, the relevant account will be subject to a warning and the user’s access restricted and/or blocked. 
If you post anything that is inconsistent with our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account.
To improve the quality of the Content. The Company might use your information to improve the functionality of the Website and the Content as well as the manner in which it is presented.

We do not provide any personally identifiable information to any third party websites / advertisers / ad-servers without obtaining your consent.
OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN


This Agreement and the Services provided by the App are available to any person over the age of eighteen (18) years who registers on the App in the manner provided herein. Persons below the age of eighteen (18) shall not be entitled to use the App or the Services, unless such use is through the User account of a parent or legal guardian. 


If Company becomes aware that any personally identifiable information of persons less than 18 years of age has been collected on the website without verified parental consent, then the Company will take the appropriate steps to delete any such information and notify the parent. However, we consider it the responsibility of parents to monitor their children’s use of our services. Nevertheless, it is our policy not to collect and process any personal information from children below 18 years of age or offer to send any promotional materials to persons in that category. The Company does not seek or intend to seek or receive any personal information from children. The Grievance Officer shall address any complaint or grievance that is raised by a User within a period of one (1) month from when it is raised.
Where the Company requires additional information to process and respond to the query raised by a User, the Company shall notify the User of the same.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Force Majeure. The Company shall not be responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott. The Company may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and the provision of the Services.
No Waiver. A delay or failure by the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Notices: All notices given to a User by the Company or by a User to the Company or another User shall be in writing and in the English language.
